Themed Backdrops and Tables with Covers

Lots of our customers now love to host a themed party and therefore, to offer that extra "wow" factor to your party we are now offering themed backdrops and tables.  We have many to choose from so far and this list will continue to grow.  All themes are available with various backdrops and tables as set out below.  Please note that these are only suitable for indoor hires and you will be expected to set up yourself in most circumstances, unless you are adding a balloon design service with the equipment.  IF YOU REQUIRE BALLOONS OR OTHER DECOR TO GO WITH YOUR BACKDROPS PLEASE CONTACT US AS WE WORK CLOSELY WITH A PARTY PLANNER WHO CAN MAKE ALL OF YOUR WISHES FOR YOUR EVENT COME TRUE!

These items can generally only be delivered and collected midweek (around your event day if at a weekend).  They can also be collected from our base in NW3.  All products come flat-packed and can easily fit into any car boot.  Full instructions will be given and assembly will take no more than around 15 minutes.

Deposits are required for all of our backdrop items and will be refunded once returned and inspected, on the basis that there are no damages.

Kids Rule is now split into 2 businesses under the same name.  One side for inflatables and table and chair hire and the other for everything else we supply.  For the non-inflatable side we have a minimum hire rate of £100 on weekends which does not include delivery fees. Orders under £100 can only be delivered and collected (usually very flexible to help work with the customer) during midweek days Monday to Friday. Alternatively, they can be collected and returned to us in NW3 during any day of the week on prior arrangement with Kids Rule.

 

Please note that prices quoted are for up to 5 hours’ equipment hire until no later than 7:00 p.m. in the summer months or 6:00 p.m. in the winter months (October to March inclusive). If longer hours are necessary, reasonable hourly charges can be added. Free delivery applies to the following postcodes: Camden borders of NW1, NW3, NW5 and N19. All other areas will incur a delivery charge. Please contact us and enquire for more details.

Depending on which equipment is hired, we will normally require up to 1 hour for setting up and will give you an approximate time of arrival. Although we always endeavour to arrive promptly, on VERY rare occasions, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot 100% guarantee that we will always arrive at the exact time requested.

*£10 ball deposits are payable due to the minority of customers in the past who have shown disregard for our equipment. We understand that the majority of parents are very responsible and do not let children throw balls everywhere but the minority do and therefore we have to insist on this deposit. Please do note, however, that the deposit is 100% refundable as long as all balls are bagged up when Kids Rule staff return to collect the equipment.

**Please inform us if access to the main area of the function is not easily accessible (i.e. are there any stairs at all? Is there a lift available? If the function is not on the ground floor, is there a long corridor or pathway, for example, longer than approximately 10 metres? Or do we have to carry equipment through a house to a rear garden? Some of these situations may require an additional charge and also extra delivery time, so please confirm this at the time of booking in order for us to be properly prepared. If this is not confirmed, the driver is permitted to use his discretion if he feels an extra charge is payable on the day.

Lastly, any areas in which equipment is to be set up MUST be cleared beforehand. Thank you for your co-operation!

N.B. The equipment with each soft play package may vary slightly from time to time due to upgrade or replacement. However, this will always be an improvement on our part, not the other way around.
