Subject to availability and distance we may be able to offer you a weekday delivery/collection (usually Wednesday through to Friday) for your chosen hire equipment. Please note that this does not include inflatable equipment and is subject to a minimum order of £50 (not including extras such as balloons or popcorn).
This is how it will work. For instance, if you have a party on a Saturday or Sunday, we could deliver during a weekday before and collect a weekday after the weekend of the party. This option would not involve any additional hire charges but there would be a delivery charge which we would discuss with you at the time of your enquiry.
Any soft play packages must be used indoors. If other equipment is hired for outdoor purposes and cannot be used due to bad weather we will not be held responsible and no refunds can be given due to non-use.
As it will be necessary for the customer to set up the equipment in this instance on the day (although we are quite happy to set up on delivery if required), we will also ensure that all equipment is still cleaned in the usual manner prior to or on delivery. Furthermore, we will demonstrate or instruct you as per any relevant instructions necessary for set up when delivery takes place.
Please note that no refunds can be offered if, after the delivery date, the party is cancelled for any reason.

We have a minimum hire rate of £50 which does not include delivery fees, balloons or popcorn orders.
Please note that prices quoted are for up to 5 hours’ equipment hire until no later than 7:00 p.m. in the summer months or 6:00 p.m. in the winter months (October to March inclusive). If longer hours are necessary, reasonable hourly charges can be added. Free delivery applies to the following postcodes: Camden borders of NW1, NW3, NW5 and N19. All other areas will incur a delivery charge. Please contact us and enquire for more details.
Depending on which equipment is hired, we will normally require up to 1 hour for setting up and will give you an approximate time of arrival. Although we always endeavour to arrive promptly, on VERY rare occasions, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot 100% guarantee that we will always arrive at the exact time requested.
**Please inform us if access to the main area of the function is not easily accessible (i.e. are there any stairs at all? Is there a lift available? If the function is not on the ground floor, is there a long corridor or pathway, for example, longer than approximately 10 metres? Or do we have to carry equipment through a house to a rear garden? Some of these situations may require an additional charge and also extra delivery time, so please confirm this at the time of booking in order for us to be properly prepared. If this is not confirmed, the driver is permitted to use his discretion if he feels an extra charge is payable on the day.
Lastly, any areas in which equipment is to be set up MUST be cleared beforehand. Thank you for your co-operation!
